I’m Nataly—the wife, mother, and follower of Jesus behind Rooted Cadence.
I have always been a deep thinker and a lover of words. For me, writing is both a retreat from the hustle of life and a quiet space for reflection away from the noise of the world.

This platform was born during a season that threatened to uproot many things our family holds dear. It was the steady rhythm of spiritual disciplines and ancient truths that kept us moored as we navigated those deep waters. There is a cadence in creation that—if we slow down enough to listen—anchors us directly to the Creator and aligns us with His Way.
